Cameroon's Jewels Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days Please note that these delivery estimates may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to several international destinations, including countries across Africa and Europe. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply to international orders, and these additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Cameroon's Jewels is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@cameroonjewels.org so we can assist you in resolving the issue. We may offer refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
